Absolutely beautiful home! We thoroughly enjoyed our trip. The hosts have created a wonderful beach experience. We loved sitting on the decks and enjoying the views that included a doe and her fawn every day. The kitchen is well equipped and the home was very clean. It is also pet friendly which we appreciate. We will definitely be back and have already been recommending Hops and Bobbers to others!

This was our second time at this property as it fits our needs. The location is great and the duplex is well maintained. Of course, there are little things that we would like to see such as improved ceilings fans especially in the master bedroom. There is hardly anywhere to put your belongs as there is a lot of clutter on surfaces and most of the kitchen cabinets are full. The positive outweighs the negative.

I've stayed at a lot of houses at Sunset . This house was amazing it was decorated really nice and they had everything that u would need . The cabinets were labeled telling u what was in them . Only thing was missing was a crockpot lol . I will definitely be renting this house again . The house and the owners did an amazing job.

Hops and Bobbers (side B) was a very comfortable and clean beach house. The beachside decks provided plenty of room to sit and beautiful views of the ocean, dunes, and sunsets in the evenings. Outdoor furniture was comfortable and sturdy. The house is a short walk from the east end of the island, which is a great place to find shells. The beds were all comfortable and the primary bedroom had great views of the ocean and its own deck. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, which is nice. Also, my group was all adults and it was nice not to have a bedroom full of bunk beds that we did not use. All the furnishings were comfortable and the kitchen was very will stocked. My family and I would stay here again!

This was our first stay at Sunset Beach (and with Sunset Properties) and we had an amazing time! The house was well-stocked and very comfortable! Super easy to get in and out, great views of the ocean, easy to get onto the beach - just amazing all around! We have finally found our place to vacation year after year!

The house was very clean and the location to the beach access and ocean was great. The house was well stocked as far as the kitchen, furniture, and amenities. The only down sides to the house were the laundry room being on the ground floor, the small showers, and there was almost too much stuff in the cabinets and drawers. Our time spent there was wonderful.

Well maintained duplex, and the updates done during the past year were a special bonus. Kitchen well stocked. Access to the beach nearby and practical. Would recommend for any group needing only three bedrooms.

Excellent rental. Wonderful views, well kept, perfect for our family. Updated extended porch and new furniture are a great recent addition.

Our family loved this home! It was clean, updated, comfortable and beautiful all in one. Linen ready made arrival easy with some much less to unpack and do- more time for fun! The big sand pit in the backyard was so much fun for the pups and kids. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend

Loved this property so much we stayed at it the last two years. The house is set up in such a way as you feel like you are visiting friends. It has everything you need and more. Very comfortable. We love Sunset Beach, in general, as it is low key and not overcrowded, even at the height of the season. We enjoyed the sand mazes completed most days. Also, appreciate the umbrella set up service and that they are regulated to be at the back of the beach to not obstruct the beautiful view.

Nice oceanfront duplex that is furnished well and had good access to the beach. I would recommend to the owners to cover the bottom of the 2nd floor porch to eliminate getting the 1st floor wet. It rained almost daily and that eliminated time viewing the ocean which is why we paid for oceanfront....wont do that again.

Well maintained duplex with nice kitchen area and all the kitchen utensils necessary (you don't need to pack any utensils to bring with you!). Master bedroom has a great deck with wonderful view of he ocean (shaded in July after about 4:30-5:00PM. Nicely located, far enough away from the fishing pier not to be too crowded. Outside shower very handy since Sunset sand is finely grained and easy to track into the house. Ample parking. Just a very nice and charming place to spend a week.

We had a great week at Sunset Beach. This property was just as it is pictured on the website. It was the perfect place for our family and was equipped with anything you could possibly need. I would highly recommend Shore Beats Workin for your stay!!
