His & Hers West is one side of an oceanfront duplex on the east end of Sunset Beach. The other side of this duplex, His and Hers East, can also be rented for a total of six bedrooms. Being just one house away from public beach access makes it super convenient for quick trips to the shore. The extra space in the upstairs loft is a great feature, especially for families needing a bit more room to relax. An interior breezeway provides shared laundry facilities between the two units.. And those ocean views from the covered porch and sun deck are stunning—perfect for enjoying morning coffee or evening family time!

Well out towards the east end of the island, where we like to be. The accommodations, as mentioned in other reviews, are dated, with a definite late 70s/early80s feel, but fully serviceable and all appliances big and small worked. Being a 3 bedroom, sleeping more than 6 would depend on comfort levels with shared bedrooms and/or sleeping in common areas. A working DVD player or streaming service would be a welcome addition for movie nights or rainy days.In terms of property management; no complaints at all. A few minor issues were fully dealt with one very prompt and friendly service visit.

The inside of this home feels a little tired, but the location makes up for it. Beautiful views of the ocean!! We had a great time and would definitely go back.
