You are renting both sides of this duplex, for a total of six bedrooms!  Being just one house away from public beach access makes it super convenient for quick trips to the shore. The extra space in the upstairs loft is a great feature, especially for families needing a bit more room to relax.  An interior breezeway provides shared laundry facilities between the two units.. And those ocean views from the covered porch and sun deck are stunning—perfect for enjoying morning coffee or evening family time!

**If reserving both the A & B side, please make separate reservations for each side. All single property reservations will be split into 2 single reservations for bookkeeping purposes. **
