Green Dragon is a newly built home on the marsh that has everything one could wish for in a home. With its spacious layout and stunning marsh views, it is perfect for creating lasting family memories. The bonus room with extra sleeping space and private bath is a great touch, as well.  If sunsets are what you desire, look no further then this home. The outdoor spaces give you a birds eye view of the most breathtaking sunsets imaginable.

This home is dog friendly, allowing up to two dogs per rental. There is an additional fee if you plan to bring your dog(s) with you.

This is a Linen Ready home – bath towels, kitchen towels and bathmats will be provided at no charge, and the beds will be made with linen upon arrival. Make sure you check out the amenities this home has to offer. For a list of standard equipment, please click Standard Equipment under the Amenities tab. This is a privately owned home, and Sunset Properties provides its professional rental management services.

Refer to floorplan for furniture layout. Furnishings are not yet complete, but all bedding and basic layouts are on the floorplan. We will update inside pictures as soon as they are available. Please ask if you have any questions.

Owner has a reverse osmosis water filter installed in the kitchen.

Owner has just completed installation of a brand new aluminum dock for kayaking, fishing, relaxing pleasure!
