Go with the Flow

Nice property. It was our first time staying on the west side of island and access to beach was really no problem with a fairly new boardwalk out to beach. Great view from crow's nest of marsh which we enjoyed with our favorite libation. Could use a couple extra chairs in some of bedrooms and one of the rockers on from porch needs fixed or replaced. Kitchen very well stocked. Overall, a great experience and would rent property again.

A modest and comfortable house with all of the amenities. The screened back porch with a ceiling fan proved an ideal place in the afternoons and evenings for cocktails and even supper alfresco. It was also a good place to read on the one rainy day. The house is conveniently located just a minute's walk from the boardwalk to the beach at 40th St, which is equipped with a ramp so that steps can be avoided. Each bedroom and the living room has a television, but we turned on only the one in the living room. The WiFi was easy to access, and we had no problems with internet or cell phone reception. The washer/dryer combo is conveniently located in one of the bathrooms and worked perfectly. And the dishwasher is quiet. The refrigerator has an ice maker. The kitchen is furnished abundantly with dishes and glassware and a wide variety of utensils. One bathroom has a shower and the other a tub.

Go with the Flow is a comfortable house in an excellent location with an easy walk to the beach. We especially liked spending time on the front deck and back porch.

Sunset Beach is the most beautiful beach in North Carolina and "Go with the Flow" has the perfect location near Bird Island and Kindred Spirit. The home was exactly what we needed and well-maintained. The four bedrooms were all equal in size and comfortable. We enjoyed meals, games and laughter around the dining table. The rooftop deck was perfect for sunrise and sunset conversations and the other porches were lovely too. The washer dryer was a wonderful addition. Thanks for a wonderful week in paradise!

Excellent home, we've rented this one for numerous years in a row. Well furnished, relatively close to the shore, and well maintained.

We have been staying at this property for 9 years (some years for a 2 week stay). Love that it is linen ready and has everything we need for our stay at the beach.

Go With the Flow is a pleasant house suitable for a large family or small group of families. The home is furnished well, and the outdoor areas, particularly the front porch/deck, are comfortable and inviting. We've stayed there numerous years now and are always happy with the home.

We love "Go With The Flow", my family has been staying at this house for many years now. It is well furnished, very comfortable. The kitchen is well appointed which is important when we have extended family gathering for the week.

We love this house. It is well kept and appointed for a week's vacation. The bedrooms are spacious with comfortable beds and all necessary kitchen utensil are available. We noted a new dishwasher and microwave this year, bot welcome improvements. The large front deck is covered and makes for a comfy gathering place for all. We've already re-upped for next year and can't wait to get back.Side Note: Especially in this Covid year, we were quite happy with Sunset Properties handling and cleaning of the house between customers. It shows that they care about their clientele.

Spent a lovely week at Go With the Flow. We have rented it for Thanksgiving week on three occasions. Like the location with convenient beach access and view of the marsh. The rest of our family also rents on 40th Street. The house is clean and attractive. The kitchen is well equipped. Enjoy the porches.

We have been staying at Go with the Flow for the past 6 years and absolutely love Sunset Beach.

Home as always is an excellent place to stay. We've already reserved again for next year.There was an issue with the microwave from a prior renter. We were informed at check-in. A loaner was on the counter, but the actual built in was supposed to be replaced during our stay. That never did occur, so hopefully the owner will handle that shortly. We did notice the dishwasher in the unit struggled in getting dishes cleaned, especially in the top rack. We had to spend a lot of time re-washing by hand. This probably needs service or replacement at some point.

We have stayed at Go with the Flow for the past 5 years and love it! Like that it is linen-ready and the close proximity to the beach. Also whenever there is an issue someone from Sunset Properties comes out right away and has it taken care of. Looking forward to next year's stay!

As always Sunset properties did a great job in handling the vacation rental. The house "Go with the Flow" is well maintained and comfortable, providing a pleasant environment for my family during our annual beach week stay!

This is our 3rd year staying at this property. I like the convenience of having a linen ready place and being close to the beach access. Looking forward to our stay next summer!

Overall the property is well maintained and very comfortable. There are a few basics like a colander that are not equipped in the kitchen that we had to provide ourselves. But most all the basics are there.
