Ginny's Tonic

We loved the house!! Especially one bath per bedroom. Not crazy about the toaster that doesn't toast. Plenty of dishes to use. I would be nice if the large beach shower under the house was split in 2 so it would be faster to get the shower and go to dinner. We really loved the house otherwise.

We love Ginny's Tonic. The upgrades to the main room (paint, countertops, new cabinet color) are beautiful. The house seems brighter and bigger. Great job! Our only suggestions for this house which is so well appointed would be a Keurig coffee maker (we bring our own so everyone can have their favorite coffee on demand) and a Recycling Can. We recycle everything we can and currently split it between the houses of other family members. The cost is only $145 00 per year..

Ginny's Tonic is a wonderful place. It is spacious, well maintained, and generously supplied with all the amenities. I especially liked the dining portion of the deck. And having hot water in the outside shower is a blessing, especially since the weather was very cool during our stay. If I find time to come to Sunset Beach in future I will choose Ginny's Tonic if it is available.

We loved Ginny's Tonic, the layout was perfect for our group. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, cups, bowls, plates and other cooking basics.

We have stayed several times at Ginny's tonic And this past stay was terrific because we extended our one week stay to two. The layout of the house works so well for a family or friends with the four bedrooms and four bathrooms. It makes its so nice for everyone have their own space. The open living/kitchen area makes it so easy and fun everyone to be together. Our favorite place to be is the screened porch and the deck...open view of sand dunes and a little ocean. It is very close to two ocean walkways which makes the beach seem only a few steps away. We love it and are already planning our stay for next year.

This was our first year staying at Ginny's Tonic but it won't be our last. We've already reserved it for next year. The house is beautifully set up and is huge on the inside. We had 15 people in our group (cross 3 houses) and had plenty of room to sit and to eat. The kitchen is very big and well stocked. The second refrigerator came in handy for all of our drinks. The washer and dryer on the main level was a real treat. The bathrooms have recently been remodeled and are very nice. The floors are also new. The back deck is a dream come true with plenty of outdoor space and seating and a screened in porch with a table and chairs. Can't wait till 2022. Enjoy

We had a magnificent time at Sunset Beach, staying in Ginny's Tonic. It was truly a tonic after a stressful year. The wide open central space was perfect for when my sister came with her family from their home on the mainland. The updated bathrooms, the deck, outside shower, and the screened porch are wonderful. Plenty of parking under and in front of the house. We had as many as 6 cars there and space for a boat. And, there's a 2nd refrigerator, great for filling it with beverages!

I'd give it a B minus. Screens on bedroom doors would be valuable upgrade. All better kitchen equipment. When we arrived there were only 5 hangers on n entire house.

Manager's Response

The furnishings and decor are quite dated and not comfortable. Paint and new floor in the bedrooms and bathrooms would go a long way. The outdoor space and location is fantastic though.

We had a wonderful week and so enjoyed Ginny's Tonic. The arrangement of the house was terrific, and especially having a bathroom for each bedroom...what a plus. The open room, with kitchen, dining, and living space all together, made it so easy to enjoy the living area. We lived on the screened porch and deck, (which has recently been redone), and made our time so relaxing. There was everything that we needed for an enjoyable and restful week. It was perfect. We will be requesting that property again for next year.

My family and I enjoyed our week at Ginny's Tonic. Very cute place and we LOVED the porch and deck that overlooked the ocean.

Ginny's Tonic was an amazing house. We brought our 15 month old Grandbaby for the first time and the house was a great setup for her to just run around . All one level was perfect . We had everything we needed there and the extra refrigerater was useful. The living space was more then enough room .The house was maintained nicely and the walk to the beach was easy .The deck and covered porch area was stunning and there was even a baby gate already set up for us . We will definatley be booking this beautiful house again. Sincerely Carrie Berry

Ginny's tonic is a comfortable beach house perfect for a relaxing beach vacation for a large family. it is our first choice!

This was our. 2nd year. And allWas fine. The location is fantastic. We went to the beach every day. No noisy neighbors. All repair items noted last year were fixed.Everything worked as it should We will be back

Very spacious, well-equipped vacation home. Would stay here again.
