Gaddy Morgan

Our vacation to Sunset Beach never disappoints. The Gaddy Morgan always feels like coming home as soon as we enter the front door. This year was especially nice with the new parking rules for the beach goers. The house this year had another surprise. The owners redid the enter house with new flooring which was very nice and easy to keep clean. The kitchen was very clean and equipped with everything you need. Clean bedrooms and baths also were very clean and comfortable. Every year when we return the owners try to improve the house and always do a great job on repairing things. Again we are looking forward to our return next year and celebrate our family tradition.

our stay at Gaddy Morgan has always felt like coming home to our beautiful Sunset Beach. We are excited to enter the front door and seeing the beautiful view of the bay. The house has always provided everything you need. Great kitchen with clean and efficient appliances. All sizes of dishes and cooking utensils. The linens and towels are clean and fresh. The TVs in every room are a plus. Location to the beach is a short walk. Love sitting outside on the back deck watching the beautiful sunsets or downstairs enjoying the activity in the bay. The dock is a great place to do some crabbing also. Water toys are provided to use. So happy we get to stay and have the best days with many memories take home. This home is a true jem.

We look forward to staying at Gaddy Morgan every year. It is a basic, comfortable beach house that is great for a family of 4 to 6 people. The new walkway and dock are great!

We've been coming to Sunset Beach for over 30 years. We enjoy staying on the island and seeing the wildlife out on the bay. The business at Sunset Properties has always been a pleasure. Our stay at Gaddy Morgan has been our vacation destination and hope that it will continue to be in our future. We look forward each year to our week at Gaddy Morgan. It is our home away from home at Sunset Beach. The remodeled kitchen is wonderful.

First we would like to express our good fortune of staying at the Gaddy Morgan. We have been traveling to Sunset for almost 30 years and have had the luck of staying in the Gaddy Morgan for almost 15 years. Great location and enjoy the amenities that are offered. The owners take care in all that is needed and also are always improving the property. The proximity to the beach is great and of course relaxing on the deck taking in the sights and play that go on in the bay. We feel very fortunate to have this as our summer vacation with family and hopefully will be able to continue the fabulous time we continue to make each summer.

We had a great week at Gaddy Morgan! Everything was awesome but we are excited about the renovations coming for 2022!

we alwalys are satisfied and pleased wth the house at Gaddy Morgan. we've been in this house i I believe for the last ten years and are so grateful that the owners share their home. we look forward to returning again, God willing and can enjoy your Beautiful Sunset. we started our journey to sunset 25 years ago and do see a change happening. what i would like is a more respectful way of the youngsters usuing the golf carts. my opinion some are going wY too fast. otherwise we enjoyed our stay and see you all next year. ps. glad to see the new refrigerator.

Our family loved the proximity to the beach from Gaddy Morgan...no second thoughts about running to the beach for any small reason. It was the best of both worlds as we took advantage of paddle boarding, kayaking, bird watching and crabbing.Our sons favorite activity was a game on the sand bar when the tide was out.So much to do ! The upper loft enclosed room was the perfect space for our 14year old son with autism as he could have independence but we could be aware for his safety. Our 30 year daughter took over the ground level hammock and had the bestnaps! Reading in the rain under cover on the outdoor porch overlooking the bay was the best for a tired Mom. There was plenty of grass for the family dogs as well.

Loved Gaddy Morgan! Have been staying on the bay for many years and find this house to be comfortable, well maintained with incredible views. Will stay at the Gaddy Morgan again!

We eagerly anticipate our stay at Gaddy Morgan every year. It is a basic seashore house -- not fancy, but with a great view of the sound. We really appreciate the fact that it is now "linen ready" so that we no longer have to pack sheets and towels.

This was our 29th year vacationing at Sunset Beach. We are already looking forward to our 2018 vacation. Gaddy Morgan has been a good cottage for us. We love the beautiful location with the bay view. Having the cottage linen ready when we arrive is a real treat.

We love Gaddy Morgan! The view is amazing. It's the best of both worlds; a short walk to the ocean and then the beauty of Tubbs Inlet. We feel like the deck is another room and spend most of our evenings out there enjoying the peaceful setting.
