Emerald Sunset

The property was very nice and had everything we needed. Rooftop balcony was wonderful, we got lots of great sunset photos with the kids up there.We spent mornings on the front porch with coffee and the kids and some evenings out there playing the board games that were in the house.

The property , Emerald Sunset, was a nice home. This is our fifth stay at Sunset Beach but our first stay at this house. I have to say that this house did have the least amount of supplies in the kitchen than any other houses we have stayed at. We needed bigger serving bowls. The biggest we could find were 4 cup bowls. We also were in need of a vegetable/potato peeler. The knives for cutting were in need of sharpening and there wasn't any space to store pantry items. Other than those things the house itself was nice and the furniture was comfortable. We had problems trying to get local tv channels after following the directions on how to do it and everyone in the house trying multiple times so we just settled on streaming movies in the evening. Overall we had a very nice stay and a great time. Looking forward to coming back!

This was our second visit to Emerald Sunset and we enjoyed our time there again. It is an ideal location since it's such a short walk to the beach and to the main street where the shops are located. Looking forward to returning to soon!

Well maintained home. Plenty of space. Very clean. Great location on a quiet street. Easy beach access with no stairs to navigate. Would definitely stay here again.

Emerald Sunset had it all! Our stay for the 2 week period was comfortable and was the perfect get away for having our kids come when they could. We love Sunset Beach and have a long history of vacations here. We would definitely look to stay at Emerald Sunset again in the future.

The property was great. We stayed for 2 weeks and did not want to leave!! The house had everything we needed, the furniture was very comfortable as well. Plenty of room inside and out. And the outside shower was very nice and large! The walk to the beach was quick and that beach access has no steps so if you have a wagon it is nice!!

We love the home. This is the 3rd year we've rented it..... and will continue to do so if possible. It has a well stocked kitchen which is great so we don't have to bring a lot of extras, which is especially helpful because we eat just about every meal 'in'. There was new living room furniture this year which made it even more comfortable and welcoming... We like it's larger living space and high ceilings and skylights which make it feel more spacious. Also, kudos to Sunset Properties who took care of things really quickly when we had a problem with the washing machine. We called, and less than 10 minutes later, someone from SP was there to evaluate the problem, and the repairman was there and and job completed by a couple hours later. Efficient and good! The house was spic and span when we got there.... appreciate the way you folks take care of your guests. If we had a home to rent, you are the folks we'd have as property managers!

Nice house, convenient to stores and beach, reasonably priced.

We had a wonderful experience at Sunset beach! The house is perfect for the price and only a 3 minute walk to the beach. Cute decor and everything worked properly!

The house was perfect for my family. Very clean, kitchen had everything we needed too.
