The dock is not navigable but is perfect for fishing and crabbing or just relaxing and taking in the marsh views.

Location was great and house comfortable. A few minor not so great things - the BBQ is old, charcoal using with a lid that is difficult to open. An updated grill would be a good addition. Extra blanket in bedroom was dirty.

My husband and I choose this house for the marsh view. We are environmentalists and love the wildlife we can see here. This is a small, older home on the marsh, which was reflected in the pricing. I was pleased to see the part of the dock that was broken last year had been fixed.

We enjoyed our stay at Dairsie Castle. It was a great location on the marsh and we enjoyed watching the birds that came to feast during low tide. Nothing fancy about Dairsie Castle but it was clean and comfortable.

excellent comfortable would stay this property again
We enjoyed staying at Dairsie Castle. It is cheerfully decorated and nicely located especially for those who want to canoe or kayak in the marsh. It is a short walk to the beach which is also nice. The house is older so that some doors do not fit perfectly. But overall we are very pleased with our choice to stay there.
