Coast to Coast

Coast to Coast was an amazing house to stay in!! Very spacious and perfect views. We loved spending time out on the screened in porch, and the walk to the beach is very easy (there are stairs on the beach path). Unfortunately this house is not dog friendly, otherwise I would rent it every year! The kitchen needs some more appliances/pans etc. and the outdoor shower could use some updates, but otherwise fantastic house!

It was perfect for our family, loved the close location to the water since three of our family members are uder the age of 4.

We have stayed in 'Coast To Coast' several times. It's a very convenient and quiet location. Beach access is also very close. We have looked at other locations but always return to this location. It is comfortable and convenient.

COAST TO COAST JUST FITS OUR FAMILY PERFECTLY AND IS IN JUST THE RIGHT LOCATION, WITH JUST THE PERFECT BEACH ACCESS AND THE MOST PERFECT VIEWS. WE UTILIZE EVERY INCH OF THIS HOME FROM THE TOP TO THE BOTTOM AND WE WILL CONTINUE TO RENT IT AS LONG AS WE ARE ALLOWED. WE ARE 10 YEARS ALREADY AND LOOKING FORWARD TO MANY MORE!

We LOVED our week of relaxation at Sunset Beach and that precious cottage Coast To Coast. It was perfect for us in so many ways. The location was great and just enough room for our small family. We decided to make this "our cottage" for a week, for many years to come.

We LOVE Coast to Coast!! This was our 9th year staying in this home (it would have been 10 years but we missed 2020 because of Covid travel restrictions) and we will book again for 2022. This home is perfectly located, beautiful canal views, easy beach access and wonderfully updated every year! We couldn't be more comfortable here, it feels like home! Renting through Sunset Properties is so easy and stress free. Would highly recommend.

All basic amenities were provided, and it was evident normal upkeep was maintained. We had an issue with the washer that was quickly rectified by management! After a 33rd year at Sunset, our quaint cottage did not disappoint!

We enjoy staying at Sunset beach! It is just the right place for us. The home we stayed in was a short walk to the beach and had a lovely view of the canal.

Perfect house at the perfect location

Coast to Coast is such a great beach cottage with outstanding canal and sunset views. We loved the screened in porch and watching the sunset from the Crow's nest every night. It was a very short walk to the beach right at the 9th street access which was great for two toddlers. The house is kept very clean and tidy and it had everything we needed to cook and relax after a hot day at the beach. There is plenty of space underneath the house and in the side yard for the kids to play!

We haven't found a better house on Sunset Beach island to suit our family since our first stay at Coast to Coast 8 years ago. The house was updated this year to add beautiful hard wood floors, a large picture window facing the ocean, new roof, new toilets and a basic overall "spruce up" look. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived this year. But aside from that Coast to Coast is perfect...it has a beautiful view of the canal on one side and now a wonderful view of the beautiful sea sky. It has very convenient beach access which is a very easy walk even for the 1, 4, 9 and 10 year olds we bring with us, we even sometimes bring our elderly parents and it is a easy walk for them as well. Booking and payments are so easy and this year we even took advantage of the farm vittles package and had delicious farm fresh veggies for our stay too. Can't say enough about it. Love it and will continue to return.

Coast to Coast was a very welcoming and updated beach house that had everything we needed. The screened in porch was huge and provided hours of time together. The furniture and decor were recently updated, which was a pleasant surprise. Very easy to get to the 8th Street beach access, which is a flat walk to the few steps down to beach (providing ease with a beach cart).

We enjoyed staying in Coast to Coast on Sunset Beach. It's an easy walk to the beach via 8th or 9th street access, it's a nice walk to the pier or to get ice cream at Sunset Beach Trading Company, and a great view of the canal. Can't wait to go back next year!

We had a wonderful time at Coast to Coast. The property was well maintained and attractive. The porch and the hammock were especially nice and the view was lovely. The kitchen was pretty well stocked, lots of dishes and pans. didn't find a 9x13 pan but other than that it was good. My family would definitely stay here again.

This was the second year in a row that we have stayed at Coast to Coast. It is ideal for our family of four with more than enough room, a great view of the canal from the screened in porch, and quick, easy access to the beach. The furniture is very comfortable and the linen ready option allowed us to relax immediately upon arrival. One new improvement we noted this year was that the internet speed had dramatically improved from last year, making online gaming a good rainy day option. We will definitely try to book again next year.

This is our second stay at Coast To Coast and we had a great time both times. The house is nice and spacious. The kids can spread out and play in one of the 4 bedrooms. Having all the bedrooms on the same level is a plus for families with small kids. The 4K TV with Netflix was a plus, the whole family watched shows and movies after dinner most nights. Few steps away from the beach access and the screened porch has a great view of the waterway. We highly recommend it and will be staying there again. We had a couple of minor maintenance requests while we were there and Sunset Properties took care of it within a couple of hours, Great Job!

We have been coming to Sunset Beach for 19 years, and have stayed in the same house for 16 years. Coast to Coast is a very comfortable house with a great canal view, and a short walk to the beach.

Arrived after office hours, around 6PM. It was very convenient to be able to pick up keys quickly and go straight to the house. I highly recommend the linen-ready service as it makes settling in for the week a quick,easy process. Coast to Coast has comfortable furniture, a well-equipped kitchen, nice laminate flooring, and a screened-in porch overlooking the canal. We especially enjoyed relaxing and drying off on the porch after our many trips over to the beach. From the third row, it is a nice, easy walk to the water, close enough to be able to travel back and forth multiple times per day. We will consider staying at Coast to Coast again in the future and will recommend it to friends and family.

Great home- very comfortable ! We've rented this home many years and we love being here. It's in a perfect location and close to the beach. Great!
