I thoroughly enjoyed this home. I was nervous about the amount of common area space but was pleasantly surprised that this house has ample room for all of us to enjoy each other's company. The open kitchen with seating at the counter definitely made a big difference. I loved the screened in porch with all the rocking chairs. The back porch was spacious and accommodated everyone well as the sun set to provide shade.

We loved our stay at Clams Casino and Sunset Beach! This house is perfectly relaxing and comfortable, not too over the top but is very clean and well kept. It appears the homeowners have done some recent upgrades, which was very nice given it is an older home. The kitchen is fairly well stocked - we even made Clams Casino one night to have with dinner, right before an intense evening of multi-generational poker...my 7yo nephew is a shark! The proximity to the beach access made going to and from the beach with kids and a grandparent relatively easy too. The only downside for us was there was not an on-site recycling container so we did carry all of our recycling to Sunset Properties, but that is a minor detail. We will definitely stay at Clams Casino again.

Clams Casino was the best beach house we have stayed in to date. It was well stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen, had some toys and chairs for the beach, a pack and play, board games, everything was incredibly clean when we arrived (& I'm picky!), and the space was well layed out. We especially loved the front and back porches and proximity to the beach. It was also nice, having young kids, that there wasn't a bunch of fragile furnishings and decorations!Bonus- it looks like the bathrooms and kitchen were just renovated.

Clams Casino is a charming home in a great location. It is obviously being upgraded on an ongoing basis, but the house was clean, the kitchen was well equipped, and it fit my family's needs perfectly.

Nice vacation cottage. Very homey and comfortable. The deck could use a little TLC but other than that was a great place to stay. Beds were comfortable and had all the amenities you need.

We loved the whole house except the furnishings on front porch. The rocking chairs were peeling and rough and the other wicker like chairs were uncomfortable to sit on. Add some cushions for these chairs and they would be fine. Otherwise an adorable house!

We really enjoyed staying at Clams Casino! The house is well taken care of with nice bright beach colors through out and nicely upgraded bathrooms and flooring. The screened in front porch is great in the morning and evenings and it has a big deck with a gate in the back. This was great since we could hang out with our dog on the deck and not worry about him getting loose. A short walking distance from the beach too.
Clam Casino was a very nice house close to the beach - 5th row in. The kitchen was well equipped. It was a short walk to the pier and the stores - loved getting Ice Cream at the Island Trading Company.
