Cheers Too

Perfect location to beach. Spacious and clean. Beautiful and large screened in porch and upstairs deck. Loved that light switches were clearly labeled as well as all the kitchen drawers and cabinets! So helpful!

Cheers Too is a spacious, well kept, first row beach house. The kitchen is well stocked with labels on all drawers and light switches. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which our families thought to be a big plus. The new owners have been making yearly improvements and the house definitely is showing the effects of this TLC. New rugs this year in strategic locations really helped with keeping sand out of the house.

Pleased with the maintenance of the property since last year. New fridge, paint inside and out, porch screens, just to mention a few.

Cheers Too was a perfect fit for our family this year. The location on the East end of the beach is wonderful. The top deck gives everyone a beautiful view of the ocean. The screened -in- porch is large with lots of comfortable rocking chairs. The floor plan is great and everyone loved having their own bathroom. The upstairs living room is a nice bonus. But best of all, is that kitchen! Absolutely the best stocked kitchen we have ever seen at Sunset! Hats off to the owners for having everything you would need there at your fingertips! Loved the labeled cabinet doors and drawers. The outdoor shower was well used by everyone. The only thing I would suggest is updating the couches in the main living room, cushions are a bit worn. We definitely would rent Cheers Too again in the future.

Cheers Too provided a spacious accommodation for our large family. The screened in porch was a great place for my 3 yr old grandson to set up his Hot Wheels ramp and for our morning coffee & the kitchen was well stocked with all we needed for cooking. We love Sunset Beach & enjoyed our stay!

Very comfortable house. It needs some TLC but hopefully the new owners will take care of that. The layout is perfect. The location is perfect. It would be nice to have an ice maker again.

We loved our Thanksgiving stay at Cheers Too! The location, with top deck views of ocean and bay, was great, and we loved having multiple living spaces on both floors. The kitchen is huge, and was perfect for our Thanksgiving prep. We wished we could have opened more windows to take advantage of the ocean breezes, but that is a minor complaint. We will definitely consider coming back to Cheers Too!

We've been vacationing in the same house or several years. Was impressed with the upgrades of the kitchen--new stove, new pots and pans, etc. The house does need some maintenance of paint, especially on the outside.

Our family of ten thoroughly enjoyed this house and look forward to staying in Cheers Too again. We liked the large bedrooms and large kitchen. Many evenings were spent on the screened porch!We have come to Sunset Beach as a family for ten years and enjoy our stay each time.

There were some upgrades from the last time we stayed which were nice, such as the wine cooler, stove, microwave, pots and deck furniture.The icemaker that was removed for the wine cooler would have been nice to have as the refrigerator icemaker can't keep up on the heat.

This was the fifth year we stayed at Cheers Too. We did notice some things that they did to the house (different throw rugs in the living room) but basically it was the same. Last year, they updated the beds which was a great improvement. The one disappointing thing this year was the absence of the ice machine. We saw it in the storage room in the lower level but there was no indication that it would be repaired or replaced. This was a significant amenity to us. Overall, we enjoy Cheers Too and it is the perfect house for the four senior couples in our party.

Lovely spacious cottage. Enjoyed new rockers on porch. Also "better sleeping" on newer matresses. Missed ice maker. Great new range & microwave. Could use new cushions on living room furniture. Overall one of our most favorite cottages on Sunset Beach. GReat for a family vacation.

I love the layout of this house; there's lots of "living" space. Many houses have 4 or 5 bedrooms, but very small living spaces. This has great living spaces, including a full-front screened in porch. The kitchen is large, has lots of dishes, and is well equipped, although we could have used a whisk and some scrapers. Having a linen-ready home is wonderful; we appreciated that very much. Each bed was made when we arrived and had 2 bath towels, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth. Great!The dining area is very pretty and roomy with a nice flow from the kitchen and living room. Being 2nd row was very convenient to the beach with our little ones in tow, and we used the clothes lines in the carport (very nice in the hot weather).I would have loved to use the outdoor shower, but alas, the neighbors can see right in, so I just rinsed off outside. I think the crow's nest may need some maintenance soon. Overall, love this house.

Cheers Too at 1505 East Main Street is our favorite place to stay in Sunset Beach. We have been staying there every year for something like the last 15 years and look forward to continuing that tradition. The fact that it has four full bedrooms, each with it's own bathroom is great, since we share the home between four sets of senior married couples (vacationing without children). It's proximity to the beach couldn't be better, and the crow's nest on top provides a fantastic view of the ocean and the stars at night. The spaciousness of the kitchen and dining areas makes it enjoyable for our meals together, and the living room space accommodates everyone comfortably. Cheers Too is a real gem!

This was the third year we rented Cheers Too. We were pleased to see a new stove, a gas grill and icemaker were purchased over the winter and noticed some maintenance had been done to the house. We've made our 2017 reservations for the same house and look forward to another great vacation at Sunset Beach.

Cheers Too is a great property. Our family had an absolute blast. There is plenty of room and the proximity to the beach is perfect.

As always, Sunset Beach was wonderful. Our "little slice of heaven on earth". The check-in process was quick! To our surprise, the house was ready early for us to begin our long awaited week of family fun and relaxation. The staff at Sunset Properties was professional and quick to respond to our ONE inquiry. The maintenance personnel was friendly and courteous. Dropping off the keys on our way out was faster than ever. We have already confirmed our stay for next year and can't wait!
