Always a great house to stay in with large family. This is our second time staying at Cheers but may not be our last!! Love being beachfront. There is nothing like sitting on the back deck with coffee or a cocktail. The view is spectacular and relaxing.

Lovely updated property with great ocean view.

House is in great shape inside. Would love a rack or storage for beach gear! Might be getting time for a paint exterior paint job. Otherwise the house is great and we are already reserved for next year!

Cheers oceanfront porch is the best place on Sunset Beach to enjoy your morning coffee. Just a lovely oceanfront cottage with many updates .

We enjoyed the house. It was located two houses down from the beach access. Beds were very comfortable. It had plenty of room in the kitchen/living space. We had a small issue with the internet/tv connection. It was resolved quickly a few hours after it was reported.

This front row house easily fit our two grandparents, two sets of parents and three grandkids. All appliances and facilities were working well and the place was cleaned nicely. The AC has separate thermostat controls for the upstairs and downstairs. The grill in the backyard is a picnic-style open grill, which didn't hold hear effectively. The patios overlooking the beach are adequately furnished and we used them well.Kitchen was fairly well equipped, however the pans had no fitting lids which was a hassle. The freestanding ice maker was very convenient and quite fitting for the name of the property. Cheers!

Nicely kept unit with spectacular views of the ocean. The only thing missing was a gas grill to make the outdoor experience a bit better.

Cheers was a beautiful home. The ocean was just a short walk from the back door.

Lovely updates. Was light bright & airy. Wished there were other sleeping options as 3 of 4 bedrooms had kings.

Very good location, direct path from the back yard to the beach access two houses away. Decks had a wonderful ocean view, we spent a lot of time on it. Overall this worked very well for our unit of three very young children, four parents and two grandparents. We did think the bedroom with the two doubles should have been the middle of the three upstairs bedrooms instead of on the end.The AC worked well at cooling the upstairs equally. The kitchen was good sized and amply supplied with cookware and tableware, though we brought our more specialized implements like oyster knife, garlic press, lemon juicer etc. There weren't enough lids for the pots. The charcoal grill was smaller than we anticipated, but we made good use of it. The dining area was very good.Overall, it was well cleaned and was pleasant beach decor in the living areas. It was great for our situation and we are interested in returning.

The property "Cheers" was nothing short of wonderful! Great location. Everything was pristine when the eight of us arrived. Everything worked! Not a single complaint from any of our group. Would love to stay there again. Staff very personable and efficient.

My book club enjoyed our stay at Cheers. Everyone was comfortable. The place was charming and clean. We took turns cooking and the kitchen was accommodating with pans, pots, utensils, plates, etc. The great room fit us all in for games and socializing. Loved the ocean front breezes. We'll do it again for sure. Love this beach!

This house was recently updated. Everything was fabulous and in perfect working order. Easy walk from the backyard to the beach access.

Cheers was incredible, we rented for two weeks to celebrate my Mother's 70th bday and my Grandma's 90th bday. I can't express enough how incredible it was to experience Sunset, a beach I've loved and gone to for 25+ years, from this front row houses view. The deck facing the water was big enough for a normal amount of people- I've had some front row's with extremely tiny ocean facing decks almost not worth the rental- but this was perfect.THANK YOU! Was awesome meeting Thomas, one of the family members of the owner, and just amazing to have our trip in your house. PS. THAT ICE MACHINE IS EVERYTHING!!
