Cecils Folly is a single-family oceanfront vacation home with a bit of history. One of the first homes to be built on the island, it preserves the classic feel of Sunset Beach. The sundeck with built-in seating is a great spot to enjoy your morning coffee while soaking in the fresh air. The unenclosed outside shower on the pier is a nice touch for rinsing off after beach time. Even without an ocean view, the presence of deer in the dunes adds a charming touch to the experience. Being just two houses away from the 35th street beach access is super convenient too.

Cecil�s Folly is everything a beach house should be! Comfortable beds, a well equipped kitchen, plenty of inside and outside seating and lots of jigsaw puzzles make for a good stay. One of the original cottages, built in 1952, it isn�t ostentatious at all but rather a comfortable and cozy welcoming home.
