Castle Harbour

Overall this was the best place we rented thus far in 3 years of renting at Sunset! Furniture was comfortable accept up stairs loft the furniture looked comfortable but wasnt. Kitchen was well equipped but too much of it instead of having one good set of pots and pans! But we were still pleased and only a couple of dead bugs found. Beds were stiff but still comfortable. We would recommend this place to friends and family.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Castle Harbour. This is our second year there. The house is always clean when we arrive and we enjoy that is linen ready!!!

This was our first stay in Castle Harbour. It is a beautiful home away from home. The layout is wonderful and was perfect for our family of 8. The kitchen with the updated appliances as well as being well stocked was great. The beds were all very comfortable. The beach access was very close by and the weather was sunny the entire week. We will definitely stay here again!!!

Castle Harbour is a great location for a large or extended family to visit Sunset Beach. The house has a great layout for interaction and enough space for quiet time when needed. The kitchen is well-stocked an there are lots of goodies available to take to the Beach. The upper porch is a great place to hang out for early morning sunrises and late evening gatherings.

This was the best house we have rented so far!! We have been renting through sunset properties for many years. The kitchen was so well supplied. We had brought some pans from home since most of the time there is not big enough pans to cookfor our large family!! We were so happy with everything in this house. There was even baby items like a pack and play and high chair. We brought down so many things thy weee supplied by these owners what a pleasant week we had here!!!!! We will be renting this one again!!!

The house was wonderful with plenty of space and everything we needed. Close to the beach. We would definitely return to this house.

Castle Harbor met our needs - and more. When we return to Sunset, we hope Castle Harbor is available.

The house was great! This is the second year we rented this house and already put a hold deposit for next year. The house is always very clean, beds made, lots of towels and kitchen towels, DW detergent etc. While at the house there were 2 minor items which were taken care of within 1 hour of my service request. Very impressive service! Actually, the way Sunset Properties handles everything from initial rental deposit to check out is very well managed.

My family and I have been coming to Sunset Beach and using Sunset Properties to book our stays for over 21yrs and this house is one of our favorites! It has the best kitchen! Very well equipped, nice appliances too. The living space is open to the kitchen and the large L-shaped sectional offers plenty of room for the family. We will definitely rent this one again! There are few things to improve on but I will say the one thing that probably could use attention are the beds. The master bed is very comfortable but everyone else complained that their beds were way too hard and uncomfortable. So definitely could use some memory foam toppers at the very least. The only other thing that we missed this trip was that the outside shower isn't working anymore. If we had known this before renting I don't think it would have stopped us from renting but definitely was missed. All-in-all, on of the nicest rentals!

Castle Harbour was a beautiful property. The Master Bedroom and top deck was terrific. The bed was very comfortable. The living area was spacious and in great condition. You can tell the owners care about their property and the comfort of their renters.

We had a wonderful week at Castle Harbour! It is a very comfortable, large home and has a fully stocked kitchen with a large refrigerator. It's a great home for multiple families! The only cons are that the rooms and bathrooms are very small except for the master. There's also not adequate hooks in bathrooms or drying lines for swim suits and towels. Overall though, we loved our stay and would stay again!! Thanks!

Castle Harbour is one of the best appointed properties we have rented over the past 20 years at Sunset. It was recently updated; everything was clean and in working order; kitchen was well stocked. Great space for multiple families with lots of kids.

Great house. Perfect for a large family. We will book this house again!

There were 9 of us staying in this home and it was very comfortable and spacious! Probably one of the nicest homes we've rented in the past 19yrs of vacationing here. The quality of furniture and decor were definitely not like the average beach house. The large kitchen was equipped with every cooking utensil, pot, pan you could imagine and the appliances were mid-grade to high end. It made cooking easier! The only criticism we had was that the beds, with the exception of the Master, were extremely hard, so bring an egg crate or pillow topper with you! The location to beach access was also very convenient; however there are a lot of stairs on the 12th street boardwalk. If that's a concern, you can easily walk to the 10th st. boardwalk, which only has a few stairs at the end. Great home! We will definitely rent again!
