C Trap

Beautiful views,great outdoor seating and perfect location. Loved the fans and TVs in all bedrooms. House would benefit from a deep cleaning.

Had a great week in C-trap. The location is perfect (directly across from beach access). The layout of the home suites our family of seven well. Sunset Properties was a breeze to work with too.

We love staying at CTrap! There is plenty of room for our family and we love spending our mornings on the front porch. We can't wait to come back next year!

C Trap is a wonderful home and we would definitely stay there again. We encountered a hiccup with one of the AC units not working to full capacity. Sunset Properties provided window units and it made all the difference. As always, Sunset Properties is accommodating when there is an issue!!

We had a great time at C-Trap. It was one of the nicest properties our family has stayed at. The refrigerator is somewhat dated and the door shelves need repaired, but it was a great week for us all. The decor is very nice and we absolutely loved the great front porch.

Great location on Sunset Beach, just a short walk across the street to the beach access. The house interior feels dated and the carpets upstairs are well worn and stained, but it has everything we need for a good week at the beach (washer/dryer, fridge, oven and stove all used and in working condition. New dishwasher worked great).

Our family has rented C-Trap for almost 20 years. It is the perfect size for our family and is perfectly located at a beach access on the east end of the Island. The many windows make the house bright and the upstairs loft provides additional space. This year we loved the new front porch furniture. The high top table set and new picnic table was great for outdoor eating breakfast, lunch and dinner.

House was located perfectly. Across the street from a beach access so in about 200 steps we were there. Nice sized house and quiet.

Great house that you can tell is kept up. New furniture in the loft was a great surprise! We stay in the house with another family and between the two families we have 6 teenagers. It is getting hard to find a house that comfortably fits all of those kids. We love the fact that there are two king beds with a private bath for each, but there aren't enough beds downstairs. We love the house but may have to find another house that has a couple of sets of bunk beds for our teenage boys.

C-TRAP was perfect for our group of ten celebrating my 80th birthday. We really appreciated the well-equipped kitchen since several of us prepared delicious dishes. I would like to suggest that a garbage disposal unit for the kitchen would be most helpful. Sanitary Disposal of unfinished dishes would be much easier. This week created memories that will last a lifetime!

The house is in a great location, second row near the 17th street beach access. The house is a great one family house with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. We have stayed at this house for approximately 17 years.

I have stayed at C-Trap several times and it didn't disappoint us. The inside is very comfortable and clean. The bedrooms provide a lot of flexibility for a large family. The kitchen is well stocked with anything you could want. Most of all it is very convenient to the beach access. I hope the exterior is updated soon. I look forward to staying there again.

The cottage was comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked for food prep. We found it clean and ready for our beach week.

C-Trap is very spacious and perfectly met the needs of our family. Being able to see the ocean from the porch is a huge plus! It is very well equipped vis a vis pots, pans and utensils. After 25 visits to SSB, this is one of our favorite homes.

Sunset properties were extremely helpful, kept us informed and were pleasant to everyone! The house was very adequate. Also ,Close to the ocean. I would recommend this home to others and certainly Sunset Properties!!
