Service great, property great, experience great.

This was our 2nd stay in the home and I was happy to find that everything we liked before remained and other things had been improved such as the new family room furniture. Additional rockers on the porch and nice units in the laundry room. The house was fresh and bright inside and the classic layout is perfect for our family.

Brush Stroke has an amazing view. The beach is steps away. Waking up on the ocean each day is a blessing. Great home.

Brush Strokes is a wonderful home away from home for our family. Bright and well layed out. Loft upstairs is great for the kids. Right on a beach access is an added bonus.

We have stayed in this house for 45 years. My children and grandchildren have grown up there! It's a second home to all of us. It is showing its age in some ways, but so am I. We take note of every change each year and the owners maintain and update it faithfully. Thanks to all who love and care for Brush Stroke. See you next year!

Never a disappointment!Each year it gets better and better!

We had a wonderful week at Sunset Beach in Brush Stroke beach house. Ages ranged from 24-71 and there was room for all and activities to suit everyone. The house was well stocked and nicely and comfortably furnished. We have already reserved a week for another vacation in this house for 2024.

After many wonderful houses over the past 25 years. Finally took the plunged and moved to a beach front property. Brush Strokes is bright and very comfortable. We have found our Sunset Beach home.

Four generations of our family have stayed at Brush Stroke more than 40 times since 1979. Through the years, we have loved seeing the changes and updates to our beach house. The property has been well-maintained. Its location beside the 14th Street walkway is very convenient for both young and old beach-goers. We've started the countdown to Brush Stroke 2024!

The house was great overall. The front and back door locks were very difficult to open from the outside with the keys provided. We appreciated the furniture upgrades from our last visit.

Our family enjoyed the location and comforts of the home. Was very clean and afforded us great access to the beach! Lovely, we are already looking forward to next year!

Brushstroke Property was clean and as advertised. It is a pefect beach location with the close public walkway to the sand easily accessable from the deck. The two separate sides (each side is 2 bedrooms sharing a bathroom) is a good lay out for either 2 couples or 2 small families sharing or a family with kids. It is in a very quiet neighborhood. It is easily walkable to the pier if you desire but, we preferred the quiet uncrowded beach within steps of the house. The deck is furnished with plenty of chairs and an amazing view. Thank you.

Absolutely love Sunset properties! Check in and check out us a breeze, and always clean rentals. Brush stroke was perfect for my husband and I, close beach access, and a wonderful house, great kitchen, tvs. I brought our fire sticks and we had movies and shows to enjoy. Beach chairs and boards were an unexpected treat Can't wait until next year!

We enjoyed another wonderful time at Sunset Beach staying in Brush Stroke. The home was clean and well equipped. Only recommendation would be regarding the mattresses in the two rooms with double beds [facing the street]. They are quite firm and our family that slept in those found them quite uncomfortable. Otherwise, the house met our needs well and the close access to the beach walkway is fantastic!

Our family has stayed in Brush Stroke almost every year since 1979. Four generations of our family have considered it "our" beach house. In those many years, house has been managed by several companies but Sunset Properties has handled it for a long time. We have always loved the house and it has been well-maintained and updated regularly. Sunset Properties has always been responsive to our requests and efficient with any attention needed. You can't beat the location! Yes, we'll be back next year! We wouldn't miss it (except for 2020, of course)!

The house was comfortable. The ocean view and deck were great. The best part was the easy beach access. The outside toilet area was great for quick trips back from the beach without bringing sand inside the house. Overall a GREAT option for the money. I would rent again!

The house was immaculate as always. However a ceiling fan was broken and we were disappointed that our boardwalk was closed

Brush Stroke was perfect for our family of four adults and 2 children with ample storage and immediate access to beach.

We've been coming to Sunset Beach annually since 1977 and have dealt with many reality offices. None has been as good as Sunset Properties. They ensured he cottage was clean and functional. When we requested assistance with our WiFi 30 minutes before closing time, they had a technician at the house in less than 30 minutes. Service like that is rare nowadays. They manage the rentals with a commitment to customer satisfaction, which will assure our next year.

Loved the location. The beach access made it very convenient. We would stay there again.

We've made Brush Stroke our Sunset vacation home for the last three years. It is comfortable, impeccably maintained, and well-designed. The loft is a great favorite for the children. It is a perfect place for a wonderful vacation.
