The was a wonderful house and we had an amazing time! Very well stocked and location was perfect for our beach walks. I do think a few blinds needed to be replaced in the bedroom that had the single bed and that bed was very uncomfortable according to the lady who slept there but everything else was great! Thanks for making our vacation a great memory!

Lovely Home, it was huge for just the three of us. This would be a great place for a large group. Loved the front porch. We had two beach paths to choose from and close to the stores and pier.We will be back next year.

Beautiful spacious home. Very comfortable for our family of 8. Had some extras in the home- games, puzzles, books, etc. kitchen is well stocked but no crock pot. Glad we brought ours. It would be nice to have a list of extras for each individual house. I know this is time consuming but so helpful in the long run. There were beach chairs and beach toys for our use (not an over abundance). I hope the hot tub will be fixed ( or a new one purchased) that would send this house over the top!The unscreened front porch is beautiful, spent much time there with a beautiful breeze and not bothered by bugs (as some years you can't sit on an unscreened porch because of bugs!)Really loved this house, one of the best we've stayed at and we've been making our yearly visits to SB for over 35 years!

Birds Eye View house is the right size house for our family of adults and kids. It is the perfect walking distance to the beach. This was our second year here.

It was a perfect size for 10 people! The property is a little dated and we had a few small issues (one TV did not work, etc.) but overall it was a good experience.

A wonderful house!

Great location and ocean views! This was our second stay at this property. It has a hot tub, not necessary but a nice bonus; we all enjoyed it, including the kids! Good space inside with beds to sleep 10 or 12 comfortably. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Our family really enjoyed staying at Birds Eye View this year. Love the spacious porch and furniture. Kitchen was well equipped. A couple of my family members loved the "old school beach house" feel of Birds Eye View with the wood paneling. Hot tub was a special added feature as well. The only thing I would say is that the back steps and deck could use some TLC (pressure washing, leveling of steps) and maybe some outdoor furniture downstairs. I would definitely stay here again!

We were so happy with our choice of Birdseye View for our vacation home. It is a great house with a very good floorplan and so many little thoughtful details in furnishings. We were especially impressed with the carefully labeled light switches. We have been "beach shopping" for a few years and my whole family felt that "this is it" feeling about Sunset Beach.

The house was great - better than I expected. Check out/in was super easy and Sunset is a great company. Tip: At Sunset 2nd row is as good as first. There is beach access everywhere and all houses sit way back.

Loved this house. Though not oceanfront, there was an ocean view. The house is very comfortable, easy for cooking, and lots of space for games, puzzles, etc.
