Bird House is half of an oceanfront duplex on the far east end of the island. With its oceanfront views and the option to rent the adjoining SERENITY NOW for extra space, it is perfect for larger groups or families. The interior connecting door between Bird House and SERENITY NOW makes it super convenient for larger groups to stay together while still having some privacy. The sundeck and covered deck are perfect spots to unwind and soak in the beautiful coastal views. Whether you're enjoying a morning coffee or catching up with family, it is a wonderful way to experience the beach atmosphere.
This is a Linen Ready home – bath towels, kitchen towels and bathmats will be provided at no charge, and the beds will be made with linen upon arrival.

This lovely house is perfectly situated on the ocean front and is well stocked and beautifully maintained. The ocean view is perfect, the appliances are new and furnishings are very comfortable. The owners seem to have thought of everything to make our stay a happy one. The staff at Sunset Properties were so very helpful and easy to work with during the reservation and check-in procedures.

Really liked the updates that were done since 2 years ago. Kitchen looks great. We try to rent every Thanksgiving (when the place is available) and will continue to do so.
