Big Kids Castle is a lovely home on the west end of Sunset Beach. This home is just a short walk to the 28th Street beach access and is located just minutes from the pier and island shops. This is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy some quality time with your family! The loft space, sundeck, screened porch, and roof deck views all contribute to a perfect laid-back experience.
This is a Linen Ready home – bath towels, kitchen towels and bathmats will be provided at no charge, and the beds will be made with linen upon arrival.

This was the cleanest and most modern house we have stayed at on Sunset Beach. Im a bit of a germaphobe, so I usually clean once we arrive. Everything was spotless, down to the base boards (yes even the baseboards were clean and bright)! We thoroughly enjoyed the space. Thank you!

This property is a good vacation rental. Lots of TV's , dishes and kitchen ware. The beds we used were comfy and with the complete linen service, one less thing to attend to. The location is great as it is only a few minutes down the 28th street boardwalk and you are at the beach.

We were very happy with Big Kids Castle. We had a wasp nest where my grandson was stung twice. I called right away and they were there to spray within 10 minutes. It was a clean and perfect for our family. The furniture in the living room could have been a little more comfortable but ok. We will be back next year. Overall it was a very nice place and plenty of play space for the grandkids.

We found Big Kids Castle to be a pleasant and cheerfully decorated home. The home appeared to be newly painted with new floor coverings and bedding and curtains. Everything that we used was well maintained.

Great house for a small gathering of friends and family. The layout was perfect and the parking area was a fun place to hang out when it was raining. The extra fridge was a bonus. Kitchen well stocked. From the top balcony you cAn see the ocean and the waterway. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks to the great team at Sunset Properties who made our stay very nice!

Nicely decorated large cottage. Great bedrooms and baths for a large family or to share with another family. Well stocked kitchen. Great screened porch. Linen package is a plus.
