The Best Little Moore House

This home is very comfortable and well equipped for a stay at the beach. We will stay here again!

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. We find it well maintained and clean. It is close to the walkway to the beach. Perfect for our needs.

The Best Little Moore House is the perfect beach cottage. I loved the front porch and spent every morning drinking my coffee and watching the sun rise. Our family was perfect and we had everything we needed and the location was great. The property was clean, well maintained and very nicely decorated. The kitchen was well equipped, especially for a rental. Thank you Sunset Properties for providing a great service. The linen package was well worth the price. I also loved the little bag of essentials that you provided with toilet paper, dishwasher detergent, laundry soap, liquid dish soap and trash can liners.

Cozy and Convenient

This property is ideal for cane users or seniors for its proximity to the handicapped ways to the beach, grocery store, gift shop, etc. The street here is quiet, ideal for riding bikes, with little traffic. We just returned to this cottage after many years away with growing families, etc. Thank heavens Sunset Beach has not changed and now we will be returning every year from now on with 4 generations now enjoying this wonderful cottage and beach!

Nice house. Needs updates. Wallpaper peeling off the wall in the master bath. Neat clean and tidy overall. Good experience, no issues. Check in and out was simple and took no time at all.

When we arrived the air conditioning wasn't working properly and as soon as we reported it to Sunset Properties a technician was dispatched to repair it. The next morning the coffee maker was broken and when we reported that Sunset Properties delivered a brand new Mr. Coffee maker. So whether big or small our problems were taken care of in a fast and friendly way.

Location is perfect! Close to the beach and the easy handicap accessible dune walk, no steps!

This was our first time staying in a house in Sunset Beach. We absolutely loved our stay. The accommodation couldn't have been better for our family. The Best Little Moore House was lovely. The decor was very up to date and comfortable.

We have been coming to SB since 2003 and it never disappoints! This is the first time we stayed in this property, The Best Little Moore House, and it was lovely. Really enjoyed the front porch swing!
