Beach Nuts W

We have stayed at this same property for several years. Great location and pet friendly. Love the updates that owner has been making over the years, the new bathroom on main floor was a great surprise this year!!

The location of this duplex is awesome. One of the many boardwalks to the beach is adjacent to this property and it�s one house away from the pier! Be aware there is no elevator and the home is on raised pilings and pretty steep steps are the only entrance. However our parents are 70+ years and managed it well. The house is comfortably laid out and the furniture is nice. You can enjoy beautiful beach and ocean views from both decks. The main BR is spacious with awesome ocean vistas! It�s a plus that the beds are made up with fresh linens before arrival and plenty of towels are provided. We hope to stay in this beach house again. Beach Nuts!

Beach Nuts was the perfect place for a family gathering. With 4 bedrooms and 4 baths, there was room for everyone, and we enjoyed the well appointed kitchen and living area. We loved being close to the pier and had excellent views of gorgeous sunsets. We would definitely stay here again!

The property was clean and well-furnished. It also had such an amazing view!

Beach Nuts West was very comfortable, and in excellent condition. It is a Dog Friendly house and everything was in beautiful condition. The kitchen was well appointed. The house is located beside a beach access walk which made it very convenient to take the dogs out for a stroll in the mornings and evenings. My family enjoyed their stay. Mary W.

Very comfortable home, just steps from the beach. House was dog friendly, and very clean. The kitchen was well appointed and convenient. Wonderful stay in late April.

This property was perfect for our needs this trip. We hosted a 40 person brunch on Sunday and though a duplex the neighbors were not disturbed at all! So quiet. Kitchen well stocked and plenty of flow space. Outdoor decks great of late afternoon cocktails! Location was excellent close to ocean, pier and we got to see the turtles hatching! Kids had space to run and play outdoors and there was plenty of space for the dogs to "take care of business". Would rent Beach Nuts W ( we dubbed the Nut House) again.

A great location with easy access to the beach, pier, and shops. I loved the view from the decks!

This is our favorite ocean front house that we've stayed in on the island. We loved it!!!!! It's comfortable, kid friendly, the location is great and we felt like it was our home away from home. We'll definitely be back!

The house is in a great location! The view from the porch is wonderful, and the beach access is right there along the house!

My whole family enjoyed our stay, every morning the view of the ocean from our deck was amazing. Location was fantastic. Sunset properties was very easy to work with, a 10 out of 10. it's our home away from home now.

We have been visiting for several years and build great memories every time. We have moved our way from the 4th row to ocean front and well worth the money!

the house was perfect! it was clean and convenient. the only suggestion I would have is that the hot water took forever to come out of spigots, especially in the outdoor shower. Other than that, we have no complaints. we would definitely rent it again.

The house was clean and nicely decorated. We eat most meals in and the kitchen was well stocked. It was very nice having an ice maker. I do believe this is the first house we've stayed at that had one. We had a lovely week - thanks for the nice weather. :) So now we have 51 weeks until our next trip to Sunset Beach. Darn.

Great beach access and nice size covered deck. Need to update outdoor dining table and chairs, but the rockers were great!

Great place with large family. Kitchen that 3 to 4 people can work in at one time; bar stools under counter for quick snacks or feeding younger children. 4 large bedrooms each with their own bathroom. Two large decks with outdoor furniture; dining room and family room with ample sitting. Easy access to ocean. This place is baby friendly. Has a packnplay, high chair available. Comes with a dishwasher and of course A/C!

Overall, this is a nice rental in a great location. We especially enjoyed it because it allows pets and we were able to bring our small dog. It is very bright with a nice floorplan, large decks and a very nice, large outside shower. The well equipped kitchen has nice granite countertops and is open to the living room with a large bar. The bedrooms were brightly furnished with good size, clean bathrooms for each bedroom. However, all the living room furniture looks old, is uncomfortable and should be replaced. The decks are very nice and large, however, for beach front property the deck furniture is marginal at best. The lower deck has 4 plastic rocking chairs but 3 chairs have rockers that are split. The upper deck only has a chaise lounge and small straight back chair.

Good property with lots of bedrooms and bath rooms. Kitchens are well stocked and the Internet and TVs worked well. Sunset Properties was very responsive to the several problems we encountered.We have rented both side of the duplex several times before and plan to continue doing so every couple of years for our family get together.

I love Beach Nuts. Perfect location and lovely house.
