Beach Nuts E is fantastic in every way -- ocean view; furnished very simply but elegantly; very well-kept, particularly for a pet-friendly place; location -- easy to walk to the markets on the island. This is our 2nd year here and we have already reserved the next.

We really enjoyed our stay at Beach Nuts! We have been vacationing at beautiful Sunset Beach for over 30 years and have stayed in several different homes… it is our home away from home! The owners of this house have obviously upgraded the downstairs kitchen and living space and it is spacious and very nice! We have never stayed close to the pier and we’re a bit concerned about noise and crowds, but , there was no issue with either and, in fact, we sat out on the deck and enjoyed the live music from the pier on Thursday! We are so thankful that pets are allowed in such a great house! Thank you for providing such an place to spend our days enjoying the best beach in the world!

We love the location of the house and the fact that it allows dogs. The size of the house was perfect for us.

This unit is spacious, and aesthetically furnished. The views from the decks are spectacular! Hard to even believe this is a pet-friendly place! No smell or hair.We will definitely come again!!!

House was great - clean and well set up - and the location was very convenient. Beach access was easy (but a longer walk than I expected - all of the beach houses at Sunset are set further back from the water than at Ocean Isle or other beaches). That said, the beach itself was pristine. Planning to return next time we go tot he beach!

Property was way nicer than we expected. The house was well appointed with coastal decor and all of the items we needed for cooking. House was big enough for our 4 generation family and we loved the private bathrooms attached to each bedroom. The walk to the beach was easy.

Gorgeous oceanfront home. Love that each bedroom has its own bathroom. Great ocean views!

Beach Nuts E is a perfect oceanfront location, just West of the pier and located beside a beach access. It's perfect for three families with plenty of room for children and dogs. The kitchen is fully stocked to prepare meals or take a short walk to the pier or the island market to grab a sandwich or a cup of coffee.

Wonderful to stay right on the beach! Walking to the coffee shop was a morning treat! Sunset Beach cannot be beaten for family together time!

We had a wonderful "girls week" at Beachnuts East. Everyone had their own bedroom and bath which was a pleasure! The unit had everything you might need for staying and cooking at home. A new stove had been installed the day of our arrival and a new AC system installed on day 2 after the AC system died. I was impressed that Sunset Properties immediately had someone come when the air quit and assess the situation. The HVAC folks that came subsequently were quiet, quick and courteous. We were kept informed at all times. In short, our vacation was minimally impacted by what could have been a disaster! The furnishings and decor are somewhat dated/worn but comfortable. The house itself was clean and the beds comfortable. The location was perfect for getting to the pier and walking our two dogs who "lived" outside on the ocean facing deck or at the beach with us each day. We will definitely book again!

We have stayed at Beach Nuts before and have enjoyed the pet friendly but not pet odor/ish atmosphere of this nice home. Our small dog and our entire family feel right at home and hope that if the property sells, it will remain pet friendly.

This property certainly fulfilled our family's needs. We had plenty of sleeping space plus the house next door. Our only complaint would be that the hide a beds weren't comfortable at all. We enjoyed being able to cook our meals with ease as well. All necessary utensils were available. Access to the beach was great!

We had a very nice time and found every that we needed was there. A couple of things that would have been helpful would been some more bath towels and directions for the TV.We hope to be back next summer.

Beach Nuts E was perfect for our vacation! The decor is beautiful and had the amenities we needed. The kitchen had everything we needed ancluding tools for the grill. Each bedroom had it's own bathroom! The boardwalk to the beach is literally out the door and it's a really short walk to the white sandy beach. The location was perfect for renting bikes and we rarely drove anywhere!Sunset Properties made us feel welcome and are super friendly! We highly recommend Sunset Properties and this property!

If you need a pet friendly home that is totally pristine, look no further.

our experience there was very positive. Ample space for the whole crowd to watch the Olympics! Our tv service was superb. The dining table was a good size.
