Beach Fox

Beach Fox is our go to "home away from home" at Sunset Beach. We love the convenient location to the beach and the Pier and to our favorite ice cream and souvenir shop, Sunset Beach Trading Company. Beach Fox is always clean and nicely decorated!!!Sunset Properties is a great company to work with when planning a worry free vacation. Everyone is always pleasant and helpful!

Could not ask for a better location! The condo is very clean, supplied very well and beautifully decorated. I would give our stay a grade of A+.

Beach Fox is a very nice condo, with close proximity to the pier and beach. Only two short flights of stairs from the parking area. The living space is spacious and comfortable, nicely decorated. It was nice to have Queen beds in both bedrooms.

Nice property. Have stayed there several times. Will return next year.

We rented through Sunset Properties every year when our kids were young but hadn’t been there in 15 years. We had a wonderful week after a year of lockdown and a cold Ohio winter. The unit was clean, but it is definitely showing it's age and looking tired. We booked late, so we were unable to get one of the units that have been updated. After one of our beach walks, the key wouldn't open the door, but Sunset Properties had someone there to let us in within just a few minutes. We love the easy access with the new bridge, and the waterfront park is lovely. Nothing beats being able to stop at Bill's for fresh seafood for dinner! We will definitely be back, and we will definitely use Sunset Properties.

Clean space. Comfortable beds. Even though it is a condo it is very peaceful and quiet.

We loved the location of the home. Close to the beach and such a short walk. The condo was clean and decorated with such a beachy style that we loved it. We have never stayed somewhere were the kitchen was so fully stocked. Such a blessing! We would love to stay here again because of the cleanliness of the home and how close the condo is to the beach. Plus Sunset Properties sent text messages to remind me to set the trash to the curb and what to do when we had to check out. Checking in and checking out was a breeze. Never been so easy!!! I recommend Sunset Properties!!!

Our stay was wonderful! The house was very clean and perfect for us, it had a fully stocked kitchen so I didn't need to bring any pots or pans or anything like that!

Great condo! Loved it for our small family of three and it was the closest to the beach which was also helpful with a little one. I love the decorations and it was a beautiful condo. Hoping to be back next year! I've been coming to this week since I was a little girl and it's so nice to bring my son now! Sunset properties is the best

Clean comfortable,short walk to beach. Close to market and ice cream shop. Pier is just across the street.

Been coming to Sunset Beach for many years and my first time staying in a condo. With the help of Sunset Properties I chose the Beach Fox. Since I love to fish on the pier, the location of the condo was perfect and the condo itself was awesome. Very clean, very spacious, and very comfortable.
