About
Beach Bound & Down West is half of a beautiful oceanfront duplex on the east end of Sunset Beach. You can also rent Beach Bound & Down East for a total of eight bedrooms. You will find an interior connecting door allowing families renting both sides of the duplex to easily move from side to side. Savoring your morning coffee or evening cocktail while breathing in the salt air on the covered or sun deck is incredibly refreshing. With some of the best views in Sunset Beach and a short walk to the beach, it is the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. The charcoal grill is shared with both sides of the duplex. This is a privately owned duplex, and Sunset Properties provides its professional rental management services.
This is a Linen Ready home – bath towels, kitchen towels and bathmats will be provided at no charge, and the beds will be made with linen upon arrival.
This home is dog friendly, allowing up to two dogs per rental. There is an additional fee if you plan to bring your dog(s) with you.

We were very pleased with our stay at Beach Bound and Down May 25 through June 1, 2024. The house was in great shape and very clean when we arrived. The views from the decks were beautiful. When we weren't on the beach, we spent most of our time on the deck! Our location was perfect, being close to the pier as well as the shops on Main Street. We look forward to staying there next year!

Our family of 12 thoroughly enjoyed staying in Beach Bound and Down -- East and West sides. Having both sides was great - two well-stocked kitchens, 8 very comfortable, quiet bedrooms, great ocean front location and lots of space. Really nice to open the connecting door and use one large dining table for meals and the other for games and puzzles. Was very happy the property was so clean, esp as a home that allowed us to bring our dog. Would definitely rent again.

Super comfortable and well appointed house. The description said it was recently renovated, and the owners did a really nice job. The kitchen is very well stocked with lots of dish ware, glass ware, silverware and cook ware. The floors are all laminate, which made us much more comfortable having our dog with us (why anyone would put wall to wall carpet in a beach house is beyond me). Great primary bedroom suite with a beautiful view of the dunes and ocean. While it did not apply to us (there were only 2 of us), there is a king bed in every bedroom! My husband and I agreed that it was the most comfortable house we've rented on Sunset Beach. We already booked it again for next year!

The home is lovely. Good choices were made in the renovation. Kitchen is well stocked. We would stay here again.
Our beach house was ready four hours early. Everything was very clean. Our back deck was such a great place to wind down after a day on the beach!We love that home and location so much we reserved it for the same week next year!
