Beach Bound & Down East is half of a beautiful oceanfront duplex on the east end of Sunset Beach. You can also rent Beach Bound & Down West for a total of eight bedrooms. You will find an interior connecting door allowing families renting both sides of the duplex to easily move from side to side. Savoring your morning coffee or evening cocktail while breathing in the salt air on the covered or sun deck is incredibly refreshing. With some of the best views in Sunset Beach and a short walk to the beach, it is the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. The charcoal grill is shared with both sides of the duplex.
This is a Linen Ready home – bath towels, kitchen towels and bathmats will be provided at no charge, and the beds will be made with linen upon arrival.
This home is dog friendly, allowing up to two dogs per rental. There is an additional fee if you plan to bring your dog(s) with you.

Beautiful home. Even prettier and more spacious than I expected. I hosted a birthday party one evening for a large group, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The 10 seat dining table had room for everyone. The decks are large and the seating very comfortable. The fact that the home was dog friendly was an added bonus. It was wonderful to take my dog to the beach each day for a walk along the water.

Our family had a great week at Beach Bound & Down. We rented both sides of the duplex and were very impressed. The adjoining interior door never got closed and we were extra surprised to have a gate that opened allowing easy access to both sides on the deck! Plenty of cooking equipment and dishes. And the ice maker kept up with all our needs! Already looking forward to our Beach week in 2024.

We've been vacationing to SB for 11 years.This is our second year ocean front and the views are incredible. This home was comfortable.
Excellent beach location with easy access to the walkway over the dunes. Beautiful views of sunrise, sunset, and the ocean. Great family place to stay as we rent both sides of Beach Bound & Down. The interior door connects both sides as does a gate on the deck; great for sharing the space. Plenty of parking for cars and the boat. We will be back again next year for the 4th year in a row at Beach Bound & Down.
