The screened porch and deck are perfect for enjoying fresh air and outdoor activities, while the rooftop deck with its ocean view is definitely a highlight.
This is a Linen Ready home – bath towels, kitchen towels and bathmats will be provided at no charge, and the beds will be made with linen upon arrival.

We really enjoy this home for our vacation. It has plenty of room for our family and close to the beach. Always clean. We do wish it had easier access to power underneath the house for charging golf cart.

Be Here Now exceeded our expectations. It's a beautiful spacious home that appears to have been recently painted with soft pastels and tastefully decorated with no unnecessary clutter. The home was very well equipped, linen ready and spotless. The only negative remark is the water pressure in the outdoor shower...so low that we couldn't wash our hair. Otherwise, we highly recommend this vacation home and wouldn't hesitate to rent it again if we return to Sunset Beach.

Be Here Now is our home away from home! It is always neat and clean, and we appreciate all the extras provided such as the linen & cleaning services, beach chairs (had always been there in the past, but were not present this year), and great variety and quantity of outdoor furniture on all levels. We appreciate (and respect the rules associated with) having a roof deck! There is no better view and the peace of sitting up there is like no other! The kitchen is very well stocked with equipment & supplies and we do appreciate having internet service while visiting. We've already reserved Be Here Now for next year!

Be Here Now is a lovely beach home. We have been coming to Sunsrt Beach for over 35 years, and this house is the best by far. It is clean, well-equipped, and very spacious. We loved the outside shower...used it instead of the inside one, and spent lots of time on the big screened porch. Great house.

This lovely home provides everything a family could want for a fun and relaxing vacation. The furniture and beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is completely equipped. The beautiful landscaping is just the icing on the cake!
