Bay Dream Believer

This was a wonderful home with peaceful views of the bay and salt marshes. I taught my 3 year old granddaughter to fish from the floating dock. It's also a very short walk to the ocean. The house was well appointed and maintained. Beds were comfortable which isn't always the case in rentals. From the widow's walk, we could observe the 4th of July fireworks from Ocean Isle, Southport, and Myrtle Beach! We love this spot!

We have stayed in several homes on Sunset Beach, and Bay Dream Believer is by far our favorite. We have stayed there at least five times. The home is simply put, beautiful! The kitchen is well stocked with appliances, dishes, etc. The bedrooms are spacious and very comfortable. The dining area and living room are roomy and comfortable. We enjoy the screened eating area, and porches. One of the huge benefits for us is a great dock, fish cleaning stations, and easy accessibility with our kayaks. You will love vacationing in this home.

We loved Bay Dream Believer! For the past several years we only stay at houses on the bay, this one was extra special! We loved the reverse floor plan and the views were spectacular!

Bay Dream Believer is a beautiful home with gorgeous views of the salt marsh from the porch and deck and a 360' view including the ocean from the crow's nest. The layout works very well for 8 adults with plenty of privacy as well as a large kitchen and space for everyone to gather.

We have been coming to Sunset Beach for over 20 years, and this is by far the nicest house we have stayed in. The location was perfect for us as we bring a boat with us. It has easy access to the beach and the bay with stunningly beautiful views!

The house is spacious with up to date decor and amenities. There is plenty of space for 12 people to stay comfortably without feeling cramped. The canal dock is wonderful entertainment, especially for younger children. The walk to the beach is fast and short. Lots and lots of reasons to book this property!

We have been coming to Sunset Beach as an extended family for 52 years, and have been staying in the same house for the past 11 years. Love the family feel and the big wide beach. It has become a little more crowded in recent years, but still much less so than many other more 'name' beaches. Our house is wonderful - well maintained, well stocked in the kitchen and around the house, and a real joy for a week every year. Already signed up for next year.

Great house- clean and well maintained, fully stocked kitchen. Dock was perfect for launching a kayak Awesome location and we enjoyed the bay views and birdwatching from the decks.

We have stayed in Bay Dream Believer for the last 5 years. We absolutely love the home. It’s spacious, well maintained, and beautifully furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped with coffee pot, blender, waffle iron, skillets, pots, etc. This home is a short walk from the beach. Another reason we love staying there is for the super functional dock. My husband and sons fish from it all week long. We have already booked it for next year, and hope to do so for many more years to come.

The house was perfect for our family of ten. There was plenty of room to spread out and the several decks were an added bonus. The kitchen was very well equipped and we loved having the electric griddle. The location of the house could not have been better. Our grandsons explored the bay at low tide and swam and dove off the dock at high tide. The beach access mere steps from the house.

Bay Dream Believer was a wonderful home for our vacation stay. I have been coming to the island for over 30 years, and hands down this was one of the best properties we stayed in. Great location, well maintained, and a great setup for a large family!

We have always used Sunset Properties for our family vacation planning. As we have grown from two children to being grandparents our beach house has changed. To change beach houses is easy with on line search, pictures and great rental staff to help. It is a special week for us and Sunset Properties has provided for all our needs and "more". Sunset Beach is a special place with everything a family needs for a safe, fun, well organized beach community location. We enjoy the Bay and there is easy beach access. We always have a wonderful vacation. Our house is always clean, friendly rental check in, extras provided and easy check out. We will be back next year!
