Always Summer

We absolutely love this condo & have booked it for next year (making it our 3rd year in a row). It's the perfect location and the covered parking is an added bonus. It is very tastefully decorated, and truly feels like we are at home while there.

We've stayed at this condo several times now. We are very comfortable with it, and we love the proximity to the beach!

We really enjoy our time at Sunset Beach and love staying at Always Summer! It is the perfect amount of space for us and gives us the feeling of home.

We loved the property. It had that beachy feel with the decor, it's in a great location, making it easy to walk to the beach daily and the check-in/out process was super easy. Not to mention the owners have a great collection of "beach reads". I read through the books I brought sooner than expected so I appreciated having a few more books to read.The exterior was under construction but it never affected our stay and we appreciated that.

Always summer was one of the nicest rentals we have stayed in with sunset properties. It was very clean, well-kept and nicely decorated with a very beachy theme. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking, which we did a lot. The bathrooms were updated. There is a tv is the living room and master bedroom. The living room furniture was very comfortable. The furniture on the screened in porch was very nice. We could see the ocean from the porch since it is an upper level condo! It is a little farther walk from the beach but we did not mind at all! We will definitely rent this condo again!

Unit was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. Would love to stay in this unit again but steps are a killer for those of us in our 70s. Always an easy walk to beach and a very quiet area.

This was our first time at "Always Summer". It was clean, well-stocked, and perfect size for our small family. We liked the proximity to the beach and to the little shops on the island. It was quiet the week we were there. We even saw deer in the field beside the condo each evening! Covered parking was nice. We would stay here again. Thanks for the use of this property!

The property was in new condition and clean. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to prepare meals. Nice TV and fast internet.

The condo is very comfortable and the owners thought of so many "extras". I have stayed at many condos on OIB and Sunset. This condo is by far one of the best. Yes it is not oceanfront but the walk is very short to the beach. I enjoyed sitting on deck and watching an occasional osprey fly by or deer feeding near the waterway. Beds were comfortable and very quiet at night. The perfect getaway.

Always Summer was one of the nicest and well appointed condo's we have rented in the area. Very clean with everything you would need. Less than a five minute walk to the beach & close to many attractions. Would definitely stay at this location again. Owners contacted us to make sure everything was OK with the condo which was wonderful. Rental process thru Sunset Properties was simple with great communication.

We were very pleased with Always Summer. It was light and airy, cheerful, pleasant, comfortably and attractively furnished, and the kitchen is well organized. We would definitely like returning if our needs remain the same. We enjoyed it very much.

This condo is clean, well-kept, & comfortable. The bathrooms have recently been updated & the kitchen has everything you need.
