Dune our Thing is a spacious oceanfront, first floor unit of a two-story duplex for which the top floor is not a rental unit. The convenience of being right beside a beach access makes trips to the beach so easy and enjoyable. Spending time on the screened porch, covered deck, or sun deck while enjoying the salt air sounds incredibly relaxing.
This is a Linen Ready home - bath towels, kitchen towels and bathmats will be provided at no charge, and the beds will be made with linen upon arrival.
This home is dog friendly, allowing up to two dogs per rental. There is an additional fee if you plan to bring your dog(s) with you.

This was our 3rd time renting Dune our Thing. Very enjoyable vacation with our 2 small dogs. The owner lives on top floor and is always friendly and pleasant. I would give this rental a 4-5 star.

Excellent property with spacious bed room, each with own bathroom, and large open area for kitchen, and living room. The screen porch and covered and uncovered desk all worked well and were extremely well-furnished with outdoor furniture. Kitchen was extremely well furnished and well organized. Everything was in excellent shape and thoughtfully arranged.

Ms. Dorthy, the owner of the property and full time resident of Sunset Beach has changed Dune our Thing 907B from a beach house to a home! We have stayed there the first summer after it was bullt and have stayed each summer since! The amenities far exceed all expectations of a stay away from home! It is a home truly. Because of the comfort of the home we have been staying two weeks each year. What more could be said? A big THANK YOU to Ms Dorothy and Sunset Properties! ♥️
