Squid Row West is a spacious oceanfront duplex on the East End of Sunset Beach. You can also rent Squid Row East for a total of eight bedrooms. Sitting back and enjoying the ocean views from the sun decks and screened-in porches is incredibly peaceful. The large backyard is a great bonus for family games and activities. This home was updated for the 2025 season with remodeled kitchen, bathrooms, paint and ceilings.

The house was recently renovated on both sides. The house is very functional with the number of bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen was nice, but could use more kitchen cooking and baking pans. The interior screened decks would circulate air better with ceiling fans. Overall, we would rent this oceanfront house again as it also has a nice back yard space and is very convenient to the beach.

We rented both sides of Squid Row to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary with our family. Everyone from 18 months to 72 years had a wonderful time! The view from the front decks was spectacular (especially the deck off the master bedroom). We also enjoyed using the gravel area under the porches for corn hole games to get a break from the sun. The sound proofing between the 2 units was great as the teenagers and babies could be on their own schedule without worrying about noise. All in all our stay wa
