We have stayed at this house 3 years in a row. There is usually some interior maintenance issue that arises. One year it was the A/C, this year it was the dishwasher. Our mattress was stained and we had to turn it over. You could tell the mattress pads were not washed. We did that. However, since it was our third stay, we have obviously come to appreciate the value for the money - location and layout for our large family being the top two qualities.
