Duke's Place is an amazing retreat! With plenty of deck space for ocean and sunset views, it is perfect for both relaxation and enjoying the scenery. The screened porch is ideal for a peaceful morning coffee, and the rooftop deck offers stunning ocean views. The second living area in the loft provides extra space for everyone to spread out and unwind after a fun day at the beach!
This is a Linen Ready home - bath towels, kitchen towels and bathmats will be provided at no charge, and the beds will be made with linen upon arrival.

We've grown familiar with Duke's Place during the last four or five years. It's spacious and comfortable with an excellent crow's nest. Since spring, the owners have installed new kitchen appliances: dish washer, range, microwave and refrigerator.
Duke's Place is, for us, the absolute best house on the island. It is configured with a king bed and private bath on each floor, which we like because we enjoy sharing with our friends. The crow's nest is among the tallest and provides fantastic views of the sunset, the ocean, the inland waterway and, if you're up, the sunrise. The house is well-maintained and the kitchen appliances are up to date.
