It features an open interior layout and an additional suite on the lower level which adds plenty of space for the whole family to relax comfortably. The peaceful views from the screened-in back porch make for relaxing bug-free evenings. Enjoy a private floating dock for fishing or kayaking or take a short walk and enjoy the beach.

This is a Linen Ready home – bath towels, kitchen towels and bathmats will be provided at no charge, and the beds will be made with linen upon arrival.

Doc's Holiday formerly Boomer Sooner is so comfortable and such a great house to vacation in. This was our third year coming back to this home. We love having both the dock and a close walking distance to the beach. The house also has a wagon to help get your chairs/stuff to the beach. The ice machine on property is golden! The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is roomy. Our family enjoys playing card games together outside under the house on the large table. It is great house to relax and enjoy the beautiful beach and
