Comfortable west-facing unit on third level with beautiful sunset views and a short walk to the beach.

We have stayed in this condo 5 times and love it. We love having the elevator and easy access to the beach. Condo is always in top notch condition and we appreciate that. We do believe the living room tv should be upgraded to larger size and more channels available. That is our only complaint. Thanks for another wonderful stay!

This condo unit is perfect for my husband and I. The elevator is very helpful since we both are retired. Everything is always very clean when we check in. The location is great too. We have stayed here numerous times and would highly recommend it.

Great condo and great views of the ocean from the porch. Very well equipped and comfortable furniture. Love the elevator for moving our luggage and supplies from the ground to the unit.

We loved this property! We already booked for next year. It was clean, new and nothing was run down or worn out. The elevator was very helpful. Hats off to the owners for a beautiful renovation and decoration job.

Condo was very comfortable, furnishings and decorating much improved since we stayed two years ago. Kitchen well stocked for our cooking needs. The only fly in the ointment is the bare minimum cable programs; an upgrade to advanced programming would be a HUGE benefit to all renters. Other reviews have said this over the years. Elevator was extremely convenient and a life saver for us.

This unit is very comfortable for a couple or small family. We have enjoyed staying here several times, and it’s always clean and adequately furnished for our needs.

We had a really really great time and we have stayed at the same condo multiple times. We do plan on coming back hopefully next year and maybe staying for two weeks. I love the upgrades it was very clean I did have a few recommendations that I wrote in the book. I think we need to put a ceiling fan in the spare bedroom and I can't get the coffee pot to work. Other than that everything was great.

This condo is clean and decorated well. It has a nice screened porch to enjoy the ocean breeze. We have stayed here several times and hope to be back!

Beautiful, clean and updated. Super convenient to the beach--about a 5 minute walk. This was our third visit and we have reserved two weeks again next year.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo. We've been coming to Sunset Beach for over 30 years, so this is obviously our favorite beach. During Covid conditions this year, we stayed three separate weeks in three different properties. This was by far the nicest, cleanest, and most comfortable of our beach stays in 2020. We will definitely be back again! The elevator was an extra bonus for sure!!

This was a very comfortable property. The furniture was in great shape and well maintained and the bed in the master was very comfortable. I would definitely stay in this condo again. I was very happy with it.

It was very nice. Very well decorated and updated. My only suggestion is to update the cable. The nights that it rained it would have been nice to have more options. I would highly recommend staying there and plan on returning.

The condo is the PERFECT "escape" for me ... this is the second year I have stayed here. It is an attractive, very comfortable and convenient place to enjoy a Sunset Beach vacation. I've especially enjoyed sitting on the screened porch with the spectacular sunsets right in front of me. Access to the beach is easy as is my daily "restorative" walk to Bird Island. I will keep coming back now that I've found my "special spot." Sunset Beach is good for the body and soul!

Great place to celebrate a 70th birthday even in the month of February! Quiet, peaceful and beautiful environment. The condo is so lovely and the personal elevator is fabulous. New construction with stainless and granite kitchen. Can't wait to come back for my 71st.

This condo is beautiful and very very comfortable. From the living room and dining room furniture to the most comfortable beds I've slept on away from home. Was my 2year and 10month old granddaughters first trip to the beach and condo was childproof and so very convenient to everything on the island. Thank you Sunset properties for a very enjoyable week. Highly recommend this property. Built in 2016 and still smells new. Very clean and convenient to the beach and the markets. Lovely furnishings.
