Acorn House is a lovely home located on the marsh on the west end of Sunset Beach. The screened porch and multiple decks provide a fantastic way to soak in the stunning views and sunsets at Sunset Beach. Crabbing on the private pier is a fun activity, and stargazing over the west end is magical. Plus, being close to Bird Island is a great bonus!
This is a Linen Ready home- bath towels, kitchen towels and bathmats will be provided at no charge, and the beds will be made with linen upon arrival.

The house was so beautiful and comfortable, and the views of the marsh were incredible. We saw egrets, herons, mergansers, Northern harriers, osprey, white-tailed deer, and a bald eagle from the deck. What an incredible place!

Acorn House is a lovely custom built home on Madd Inlet with fabulous views from a nice porch and upper deck. It is spacious and has a nice kitchen and amenities. We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation here!

This is the perfect family vacation home. While not on the beach, it is an easy walk to the beach and the location on the marsh offers lots of fun for kayakers and paddleboarders and people who just like to watch the marsh fill up and empty with the tides. Clean, in good repair, and well equipped, this will be our go-to place from now on. Can't wait for next year.

We absolutely loved our time at Acorn House. With several small children, it was a delight to let them play out in the relative safety of the marsh and collect crabs, snails and shrimp daily and float around during the high tides. The adults loved the views and breathtaking sunsets, 10/10 would recommend!
Spacious home, comfortable master suite, breath taking views from all decks, easy access to the marsh with dock and ladder, quick walk to the beach! We really love being able to play in the marsh when we don’t feel like a beach day.
