Under the Boardwalk is a great second row home close to the pier and Sunset Beach specialty shops. Being just minutes from the 4th Street beach access is a huge plus for easy beach days. The extra living area in the upstairs loft with a wet bar is perfect for family gatherings or entertaining guests. Plus, those covered porches and the roof deck with ocean views makes for some amazing relaxation spots.

This is a Linen Ready home- bath towels, kitchen towels and bathmats will be provided at no charge, and the beds will be made with linen upon arrival.

We enjoyed our visit. Under the boardwalk was convenient to the beach- 3rd ave beach access. This house had all of the things we needed. We had a problem with the washing machine and it was corrected within hours and we did not have to be there for the repair. The seating area outside was perfect for our big adult family. There was comfort had by all watching the ball games at night and doing puzzles at the large dining table. We will be visiting again!

This beach home has everything you will need for your stay. The updates were a plus-the outside furniture, the new floor of the outside shower, the well stocked kitchen, the linen service, the comfortable furniture throughout-I cannot say enough positive about this home.Also, Sunset properties is the most professional rental agency we have used. They are very accommodating and communicated with me regularly. You will not regret their services and the perfect home for your family vacation.
