Our week was my 18 yr old grand daughter & I. The house was perfect for us. Had plenty of cooking utensils, bathroom was great & plenty of counter space in the bathroom for womens "stuff" ! Very close to the beach and the ice cream/shopping stores across the street. all in all, the house was clean, & comfortable. I would stay there again . Akso has Roku on both tv's.

Fantastic home. Price was amazing and very close to the main street where everything is. Home had everything you need for a week at the beach. Would come back in a heartbeat.

Perfect for my wife and I and it was definitely an easy walk to the beach. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Thanks to the owner for sharing and we watered the plants and the 2 trees several times during our week stay. We love Sunset Beach. See you next year!

An easy walk to the beach in only 475 steps! The large deck and screened in porch provided options to be either in the sun or shade during the day. There was plenty of seating on both the deck and in the screened in porch including tables and chairs for meals. The bedrooms are small and the second bedroom is crowded and there is only one bath. But it was perfect for me with the deck and porch making it a much better option than a condo for a similar price.

The house was just what we were looking for. Nothing fancy but comfortable and mostly well stocked. The location is great just a short walk to the beach. We loved having the enclosed porch as well as large deck. There's a nice outdoor shower and foot washing station.

We were very pleased and happy with the property. It was just the right size for a couple. This property fit a pattern that we have observed in our travels: units where the owners live for part of the year, such as this one, seem to be better maintained and equipped than those that do not have that characteristic. Everything was good, but the stars of the show were the screened in porch and deck. Bill

Very stylish and modern little beach house, was a fantastic choice and I would recommend to everyone.
1st & Goal was such a lovely home. Location to the beach was 500 steps away, so convenient; location is everything! The home was very welcoming, clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay. The beach was fabulous, the waves were fun, and walking the beach at night was beautiful & peaceful. We highly recommend Sunset Beach and especially 1st & Goal!!
