18th Hole at Sunset Caddy Shack

A very pleasant house, well maintained. We hope to come back and enjoy it again in the coming years. Nice bedrooms with comfortable beds. Nice porch on a quiet street.The owner provides a propane grill in the back and asks that renters not use charcoal grills.Suggestions for future improvements: Better kitchen knives, a garbage disposal, more comfortable chairs in the living room, and a new dryer (it's old and getting rusty).But, overall, a very nice home. Thank you for letting us rent it for the week.

Our stay at 18th Hole Caddyshack was great! The beach house is light and airy with a great location and it's appointed well with furnishings. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfortable. Loved the fenced backyard for my Rosie, I'm just sad it will no longer be dog friendly next year!! I'd love to come back as Sunset Beach is my happy place.

Another wonderful experience in this property. It is so clean and well equipped. We have stayed so many times it feels like coming home. The new paint colors are beautiful. Another fun week with our daughter, son-in-law, and granddaughter and her best friend. Hope to see you again next year.

This is a wonderful home for a carefree vacation. We have stayed here many times and are already planning our next stay. We consider this home our home away from home.

Great house with ample parking, big decks and a short walk to the beach. A grill and beach cart were also there for our use, which was a nice surprise. Roof deck is only accessible through the loft, which was fine. Great view of the whole island from up there. Some minor issues that could use maintenance, but overall great house that we thoroughly enjoyed.

The house was clean and ready when we arrived. The staff at the office was courteous and responsive.I will definitely book again with Sunset Properties.

Simply want to say this was our second year at this particular house! Once again, I beautiful home and great place to stay. The only thing that needs upgrading is the WiFi signal and hardware.Great time and great place!

We have vacationed on Sunset many times but this was the best vacation ever. Not only did our Grand-daughter get married on the beach but this house was perfect. I know it is for sale and we hope the buyer still rents it. We appreciate the use of the big wagon to carry all our stuff to the beach. The price was exceptional. We hope to see you again in 2019. (Next year we have another grand-daughter wedding at Outer banks).

This property feels like home. We have stayed there multiple times and when we think of Sunset Beach we always think of 18th Hole at Sunset Caddy Shack. It is so clean and well equipped with everything we ever need. We look forward to our next trip to the beach and to staying here again.

As usual our stay at 18th Hole at Sunset Caddy Shack was a wonderful and restful week. This cottage is so well maintained and has everything we need to have a perfect stay. We feel like we are coming home each time we stay. A big thank you to the owners for opening their home to us once again.
