The king beds and private bathrooms for each room make this a ideal property for three couples. Each year the owners have made nice decorative additions and the house is very comfortable and nicely decorated. The kitchen is well stocked with all needed equipment and appliances. We love the location and will be glad to see the boardwalk to the beach completed next year. It is so convenient being next to the property.We have rented this house for three years and have it booked for next year!

This is a beautiful home. Modern Beach Decor makes this rental just a step above others. CLEAN, updated kitchen and bathrooms make for a relaxing stay. New appliances in the kitchen work very well. King sized beds in each bedroom make for a modern, more useful set up. Conveniently located at the far east end of the island, quiet and less traffic. We will rent again.

Ocean front modern property with 3 extra large bedrooms each with its own bathroom!Very nicely furnished with large flatscreen TV's in bedrooms & living room. Multiple large decks with ocean & Tubbs Inlet views. Outdoor shower & hoses to wash off sand outside. Kitchen well stocked with dishes, cookware, glassware etc! Wonderful beach get away!

I think this was our 4th year in this house and it was wonderful as always. We love the location at the end of the beach and the owners think of everything to make our week great. It definitely feels like a home away from home. We will be back next year!
