The new owners are clearly trying to make many improvements - new sliding door, new refrig, new BR furniture, updated BAs...BUT the king bed frame in the left water-facing BR is much too big for that room. The heavy mattress sits down in it and it is extremely difficult to make the bed. We also hit our toes/legs on the bedframe trying to move around the room. It would be great if they would replace that clunky bedframe with just a headboard. While they have made improvements, and some increase is understandable, the yearly increases since the new owners bought the Sandbox are excessive. We have been renting this cottage for our family week at the beach for more than 20 years but if the jumps keep going so high, we will be priced out of our family tradition.
