Having an extra living space in the upstairs loft is a great bonus for families, and the exterior amenities like sundecks, a screened porch, and a boat dock really enhance the experience. Pelican Pointe is a wonderful place to relax and have fun during a beach getaway.

The queen sleep was unusable -- the mattress is totally shot. And several kitchen appliances (toaster, coffee maker) didn't work.
