Brush Stroke is an oceanfront, single-family home, on the east end of Sunset Beach. An open loft that serves as a play area for kids is such a great idea, especially in a beach side home. The combination of a covered porch and sun deck makes it perfect for relaxing while enjoying the ocean breeze and views.
This is a Linen Ready home. Bath towels, kitchen towels and bathmats will be provided at no charge, and the beds will be made with linen upon arrival.

We love our time at Sunset Beach each year. The house we rent is roomy and has everything we need for our group of seniors and adult children. I highly recommend Sunset Beach and Sunset Properties to those interested.

This was our 2nd stay in the home and I was happy to find that everything we liked before remained and other things had been improved such as the new family room furniture. Additional rockers on the porch and nice units in the laundry room. The house was fresh and bright inside and the classic layout is perfect for our family.
Absolutely beautiful location and views. The large deck with a picnic table was perfect for eating meals and relaxing! Loved the hallway doors to close off the bedrooms from the living spaces. The loft area is a great idea for kids.
