It is an ideal spot to enjoy the laid-back beach life, whether you're lounging on the patio, covered porch, or sundeck. The dock is not navigable but is perfect for fishing and crabbing or just relaxing and taking in the marsh views.

This house was amazing with views along the back living area looking out over the sound side of the island. The sunroom, screened in porch and pier gave lots of areas to relax and enjoy the sites. This will be a favorite whenever we visit Sunset Beach. Very clean and mattresses and furniture were very comfortable.

Having rented numerous properties over 35 years at Sunset Beach, we were very pleased with Kind Words. Numerous windows maximize views of the marsh, and the open design provides more communal space than you find in most of the rentals. Outdoors, the dining area, shower, screen room, back porch, and dock provide many options for activities. The kitchen was well equipped, and we especially loved the gas range.

The house was exactly what we were looking for. The kitchen was well stocked, love that the marsh can be seen from just about every room. We loved eating out on the enclosed porch and deck. The dock was perfect for easy put in of our kayak and SUP. Also great bird watching!

It was recently remodeled and the layout was excellent. The kitchen was well stocked The location was good but being on the marsh we had to deal with biting insects. We enjoyed the house very much.
