The house was not clean. The soles of your feet turned black from walking on the floors. The screened porch furniture was black with mildew. I have rented this unit in the past and it is consistently not as clean as you would want it to be for your family.

This was a lovely comfortable home in a great location. My only complaint is that it seems the guests before us left everything in terrible condition. The garbage was not picked up and it also was not in a closed bag inside the can. The beach chairs were dirty and strewn all about the parking area.

Very nice property has been well maintained and is in great condition. Perfect layout for our group to e joy a beautiful fall week. Comfortable and inviting.

This was the second time I stayed at Sunset Watcher. What a beautiful home! Everything was clean and welcoming. I will be back next year!!
