The interior connecting door is a great feature for families renting both sides, and the reverse floor plan offers some stunning views. Being right next to the 36th Street beach access is convenient too. The decks and screened porch offer a great spot to relax and enjoy the ocean breeze.

**If reserving both the A & B side, please make separate reservations for each side. All single property reservations will be split into 2 single reservations for bookkeeping purposes. **

This home is dog friendly, allowing up to two dogs per rental. There is an additional fee if you plan to bring your dog(s) with you.
