The home is privately owned, and Sunset Properties provides its professional rental management services.
The home offers a remarkable 5500 square feet of luxurious living with many extras. This spacious, 4 level, home includes a large private study on the 4th level with great views of the ocean, Bird Island, and the marsh area. Amenities include six TVs, VCR, CD player/stereo, WIFI internet access, a pool table, and a wet bar. Outside your family will enjoy the only private pool on the oceanfront at Sunset Beach, along with a sauna, lots of deck room, and floating boat dock in the neighboring inlet. There is a privacy wall with gate for added comfort at this Sunset Beach vacation rental.
Returning guests will love the renovations taking place right now for the 2012 rental season. The homeowners are adding another bathroom on the top level, updating the master bedroom, and refreshing other parts of their home. Work is scheduled to be completed by the end of March.
This is one of a select number of our rental homes participating in the Platinum Perks program. The home has met certain key size, furnishing and amenity standards to qualify. Guests will enjoy special benefits not available at all homes: beach chairs (one per bedroom) and a beach wagon will be provided at no charge, internet access is included as well. Beds will be made with linen at no charge, and partial check-in is allowed after 1:30pm (we'll have a bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen ready for your use by that time. You can drop the bags and head to the beach while we finish the cleaning by our normal check-in time of 4pm).
