Cecils Folly is an older, single family oceanfront house that preserves the classic feel of Sunset Beach. Located on the West End of Sunset, this house is privately owned, and professionally managed by Sunset Properties.
It offers a handicapped ramp to access the interior. There is a living room TV with VCR and DVD player. For winter getaways, a wood fireplace is located in the living room. A sundeck with built-in seating faces the ocean. The outside shower is located on the pier that leads towards the dunes and is not enclosed. This property does not offer an ocean view.
