Tranquility is half of an oceanfront duplex, and features a large, well-equipped gourmet kitchen along with ocean views from the dining room and living room area. The home is privately owned, and Sunset Properties provides its professional rental management services. It can be rented with the other side of the duplex for a total of eight bedrooms.
The interior also includes four TVs, four DVD players, and WIFI internet acess. Outside includes sundecks on the ocean-side where you can enjoy both the ocean views and coastal breezes. Also outside of this Sunset Beach vacation rental is a picnic table, swing, rockers, and a charcoal grill for each guest's use.
This is one of a select number of our rental homes participating in the Platinum Perks program. The home has met certain key size, furnishing and amenity standards to qualify. Guests will enjoy special benefits not available at all homes: beach chairs (one per bedroom) and a beach wagon will be provided at no charge, internet access is included. Beds will be made with linen at no charge, and partial check-in is allowed after 1:30pm (we'll have a bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen ready for your use by that time. You can drop the bags and head to the beach while we finish the cleaning by our normal check-in time of 4pm).
