St. Somewhere West is an oceanfront tropical home on the east end of Sunset Beach that is located directly on a beach access. This is a privately owned duplex, with the east side available for rental as well. Sunset Properties provides professional rental management services for the home.
The palm trees, bright colors, tropical decor, and amazing views make this a very relaxing and fun island getaway. Amenities include 4 TVs (flat screen in living room), DVD players, WIFI, stereo w/CD player and IPOD connection, library, wood fireplace and an interior connecting door to the other side if needed. Outdoors is a permanent charcoal grill, oceanside sundeck, and a marsh-view front deck.
